Job Advertisement: Administrative Support in Insurance

Two of our colleagues are soon starting new chapters in their lives, as one is retiring and another is expecting a new addition to their family. Therefore, we are now looking for two new colleagues who want to take the chance to become a part of LF Dalarnas and help shape the future with us!

In this role, you will work with administrative tasks within the insurance area, such as handling deviations in the system, providing support to the business, list management, and customer contact. You will contribute to shaping the work within the group effectively, while also playing an important role in creating future working methods. Every day, you will have the opportunity to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and colleagues, sharing your knowledge and providing support where needed. You will also collaborate with other groups within Dalarnas to ensure the best possible customer experience together.

We are looking for someone with a relevant high school diploma and experience in administrative work. We particularly value experience in developing and improving administrative processes, and that you work in a structured way to create a smooth and efficient workday. If you have experience in insurance and insurance administration, we consider it an advantage. It is also important for us that you have experience in customer service and work in a business-supporting function where you are used to making your own decisions in your cases.

Additional Information

The positions are permanent with a six-month probationary period, as well as a temporary position for about 1.5 years.
