Coach for Rusta and Matcha

As a coach within Rusta and Matcha, you have a clear mission: to create sustainable transitions to work or studies. This requires more than conversations and plans; it requires business understanding, drive, and the ability to translate skills into concrete employment.

The mission:

You are responsible for ensuring that our participants reach work or studies through:

  • Active and precise matching
  • Strategic and proactive work with employers
  • Clear coaching with demands, pace, and progression
  • Systematic follow-up of goals and results

You have the ability to unite the participant's skills with the employer's needs and create solutions that work long-term for both parties.

This means the role:

  • Continuously build and develop employer contacts
  • Identify recruitment needs and present the right candidates
  • Drive participants forward through structure and clear expectations
  • Work data-driven with follow-up and goal fulfillment
  • Ensure quality and documentation according to the guidelines of the Employment Agency

  • Have documented experience in matching, recruitment, or qualified labor market work
  • Are strong in dialogue with employers and used to selling skills

  • Thrive in a role with clear goals and follow-up

Formal requirements (according to the Employment Agency's regulations)

You MUST meet one of the following options:

Option 1

  • University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system)
  • At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time

Option 2

  • At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with a passing grade
  • At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as recruitment, transition work, labor management, labor market or personnel issues, study and career guidance, social or group psychology, or career counseling

(Part-time is converted to full-time according to current regulations.)

Proof of studies and employer certificates must be attached to the application.
