What will you be working with?

As a customer communicator, you are the first point of contact for customers when they call. You handle many incoming calls, both with colleagues and sometimes independently.

Your main tasks include:

  • Receiving and answering incoming calls in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Managing calls by effectively directing them further
  • Providing support and answering questions from callers
  • Independently searching for and using the right information to provide the best possible help to the caller
  • Actively contributing with improvement suggestions to develop our service to customers and our own operations

Who are you?

You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for people and is attentive to everyone who calls in and their needs. You can handle difficult calls under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique call. You work efficiently and structured, and benefit from this during periods of high tempo. You are a team player who steps up when needed but also enjoy working independently.

We are looking for you:

  • Previous experience in switchboard operations or work in the service industry is highly meritorious.
  • Your Swedish and English are good in both speech and writing
  • You are comfortable searching for and absorbing information via computer, and experience working in various systems and programs is a plus

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100% / Part-time 75%
  • Working hours: Scheduled working hours Monday-Friday between 07:00-18:00
  • Start date: April 8
  • Probationary period: 6 months
