We are now looking for an experienced HR consultant who wants to be a reliable employer partner for our managers – and an important part of an HR team where responsibility, innovation, and kindness are more than just words.

This is the assignment

As an HR consultant with us, you are an important employer representative. You support managers in both everyday situations and decision-making – where labor law, work environment, and the needs of the organization meet.

You work both operationally and strategically and are part of the management team and collaboration forums.

You will, among other things:

• Support managers in labor law issues and individual cases
• Drive rehabilitation and employer processes
• Contribute with analysis and impact assessments before decisions
• Help the organizations see the big picture
• Be involved in developing work methods and HR processes

This is an assignment where you make a visible and felt difference – every day.

We are not looking for a superhuman

But we are looking for someone who is confident in what matters most.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience in qualified HR work
• Are confident in handling labor law cases
• Communicate clearly, pedagogically, and build trust
• Have a holistic perspective and can see the consequences of decisions
• Are a team player who enjoys working together

Experience from municipalities or other politically governed organizations is an advantage – but the most important thing is that you have the right confidence, wisdom, and willingness.
