Description
Home care services are provided to residents to facilitate daily living and support in their own homes.
The home care currently consists of two major areas with about 100 employees distributed among four unit managers, planners, and assistants.
Job Description
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the unit managers to ensure an efficient and quality-assured operation.
Your main task is to staff the operation based on needs together with the unit manager. You will collaborate with the unit managers in daily operations as well as with assistant colleagues and planners. The work includes schedule planning, purchasing, invoice management, some payroll management, and documentation. You are expected to be familiar with and involved in the unit's finances and budget within a politically governed organization.
You will work in several different operational systems such as Office365, Lifecare, Heroma, Visma, and Vikariebanken.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education as an administrative assistant or equivalent that is deemed comparable. Previous experience working in any of the operational systems we use is an advantage.
As a person, you are self-driven, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, structure your work, and adapt to the needs of the operation.
The position requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You also need a B driver's license to get around our extensive municipality.
