Within Labor Market Projects, we are a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of Job Matching through the service Rusta and Matcha.

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time job where you help people find their way to employment or studies? We are looking for part-time coaches to join our team in Norr and Dalarna – and we welcome both older job seekers and retirees who want to continue contributing with their experience and skills.

About the position

As a part-time coach within Rusta and Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help participants find the right job or education.

Your tasks may include:

  • Individual guidance and coaching
  • Matching against jobs and education
  • Contact with employers and network building
  • Support in application processes and interview preparations

Working hours are planned according to needs and availability – a flexible role that suits you who want to work part-time, extra, or combine with retirement or other activities.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is good at building relationships and thrives in an environment where you can help others grow. You are social, flexible, and solution-oriented, and enjoy inspiring and motivating people.

Requirements

You need to meet at least one of the following options:

Option 1:

  • At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
  • At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

  • At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
    • Leadership with personnel responsibility
    • Recruitment
    • Transition work for job seekers
    • Study and career guidance
    • Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
    • Work with labor and labor market issues
    • Work with social and group psychology
    • Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences

  • Strong network within the local business community
  • Additional language skills beyond Swedish
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Good communication skills and coaching approach
  • Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
