About the Logistics Department

The Logistics Department gathers all functions that work with guest accommodation under one department. Here, booking, group and conference guest and owner service, maintenance, cleaning, reception, and internal properties work together. All with the goal of making the guest's stay as pleasant as possible.

In Kläppen's booking, sales, group & conference, as well as owner and guest service are included.

Job Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations within the department and ensure that the business runs smoothly year-round. During the winter season, your main focus will be on leading and coaching the staff, keeping the team engaged and motivated. Through your leadership, you contribute to ensuring that guests and owners are always met with first-class service – whether they contact Kläppen's booking or owner and guest service.

During the low season, you will support Kläppen's phone booking as needed, focusing on sales and advice for private guests. Together with the logistics manager, you will also develop attractive offers and packages during the periods when this is requested.

You will be involved in setting the department's goals for each season. You are responsible for communicating these goals clearly and inspiringly to the staff and ensuring that the team has the right conditions to achieve them. During the season, you will continuously follow up on the results and present them to the team, so that everyone knows how we are doing and how we can work together to achieve the season's goals.

About the Position

The position is a temporary position covering a parental leave, with a preliminary end date of August 31, 2027. Start date is June 1 or as agreed.

Scheduled working hours, weekend work may occur. Salary according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in team leadership, preferably within service or booking operations.

• Is used to coaching, motivating, and developing staff.

• Good communication skills and enjoys a role with a lot of contact with both guests and employees.

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and used to prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

• Good administrative skills and comfortable with digital systems.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• A strong service focus and driven by creating excellent guest experiences.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious

• Experience with R360 or similar booking systems.

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
