Are you studying payroll, finance, or HR and want to gain valuable work experience alongside your studies?

We are currently looking for a meticulous and responsible student for a part-time assignment in payroll at a larger and established company in Borlänge.

About the assignment

You will support the business with payroll processing for skilled workers within a seasonal operation. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the responsible administrator and production managers.

This position is perfect for those who want to combine studies with practical experience in payroll administration and collective agreements.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing according to applicable collective agreements
• Handling and checking of time reports
• Ensuring that documentation is correct before payroll runs
• Contact with managers regarding discrepancies or additions

The work is conducted in digital systems, and much of the communication takes place via phone and Teams.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying payroll, finance, HR, or a similar field (at least 1 year left of studies)
• Has an interest in payroll issues and administration
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Enjoys repetitive tasks where quality and precision are crucial
• Has good system skills

Experience in payroll administration or working with collective agreements is a plus, but not a requirement.

About the position

• Scope: Approximately 25%
• Working hours: Flexible according to agreement, adjusted to studies
• Location: Borlänge (work primarily on-site)
• Start: March/April
