Finance and Administration Manager

Are you an independent, meticulous, and service-oriented finance professional who thrives in a key role where you can drive both finance and administration in a broad capacity?

As a Finance and Administration Manager, you will be a central part of our operations. You will have significant responsibility for the company's ongoing finance, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative processes, while working closely with both the company's management and maintaining direct contact with customers.

About the role

In this position, you will

• Be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Manage payroll processing, from time reporting to salary payments
• Actively work in Visma for financial processes and reporting
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Be an important contact person for customers and suppliers
• Administer internal processes and support business development

You will have an independent role with the opportunity to influence both structure and working methods according to what suits you. The role is suitable for you who enjoys working broadly, taking initiative, and creating order in financial flows.

We are looking for someone who

• Preferably has experience in ongoing accounting, payroll, and administration
• Has good system skills – experience with Visma is highly meritorious
• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys working independently
• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact
• We would like you to have relevant post-secondary education in finance/administration, but great emphasis is placed on experience and personal qualities
