As one of our valued colleagues goes on parental leave and we have an increased need to strengthen our team before the summer, we are now looking for two medical secretaries.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our organization and contribute to a safe and professional patient experience.

What do we offer you?

With us, you will have a broad role with important tasks such as writing medical records, certificates, scanning, reception and cash handling, telephone service, mail management, and assisting other staff with administrative matters. We hope you appreciate the charm of working at our clinic, with a lot of competence and heart.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a medical secretary, have training in Health and Medical Care Administration (80 credits) or alternatively the medical secretary education. Furthermore, you should have good experience and knowledge of the Office suite. Knowledge of the COSMIC journal system and previous work in primary care is an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a high social competence and a passion for providing excellent service and care to patients.
