We need to strengthen our HR department with an HR generalist who will contribute to our ongoing development.

Your Responsibilities

As an HR generalist with us, you will have a central and varied role where you work closely with the organization's managers and employees to create effective and professional HR processes. You will combine operational HR support with more long-term and development-oriented work, and you will have the opportunity to follow the entire HR cycle.

Since we have recently become part of the Vossloh Group, we are in an ongoing integration phase where HR plays a central role. You will actively contribute to coordinating and further developing areas related to HR structure, common working methods, and support for the organization during the change journey. In this role, you will work broadly with issues such as recruitment, talent supply, work environment, labor law assessments, rehabilitation processes, and reporting.

You will also be responsible for administration related to employment and contracts and serve as a support to managers. Through your close collaboration with managers and the HR manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in everyday life and be an important support in our continued development.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in broad and qualified HR work who thrives in an organization where development and change are a natural part of everyday life. You work independently, structured, and with a clear drive to achieve results, while also being able to build relationships and act supportively and professionally in contact with the different parts of the organization.

As a person, you are confident, unpretentious, and meticulous, with the ability to handle both operational and more complex issues with the same commitment. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are solution-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and thrive in an environment where the pace and conditions vary from day to day.

You express yourself confidently, clearly, and professionally in both Swedish and English, which is crucial in this role as you communicate with both employees, managers, and corporate functions.
