As a customer service representative for our client, you will play an important role in supporting the company's customers in a satisfactory and professional manner.

About the assignment We are looking for a customer service representative for our client, an energy company operating in Borlänge. The assignment involves ensuring that the customer service process supports the company's customers in a satisfactory and professional manner. Our client works with urban environments, roads, and green areas, everything from electricity trading to networks and production, water and sewage, covering the entire chain from water production to sewage, as well as district heating. They also manage city networks and everything around it, such as sales and invoicing. They have nine different standby teams operating around the clock, year-round.

This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia, starting immediately and extending up to one year. Working hours are 08:00-16:30 with a half-hour lunch and coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Your responsibilities

The role of customer service representative involves ensuring that the customer service process supports the company's customers in a satisfactory and professional manner.

• Handling incoming questions, cases, and reports from customers and other stakeholders - via visits, phone, website, email, and social media.

• Management, support, and expertise internally/externally regarding issues related to each business area.

Your qualifications

• A high school preparatory education with a broad theoretical foundation is required to perform the tasks.

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Ability to quickly learn different data systems and manage information that the organization conveys to us and we pass on to our customers.

To succeed in the assignment, we see that one can prioritize their tasks. It is a fast-paced environment and you work with 11 different systems daily, of which 3-4 are used constantly.
