Your role with us

As a claims coordinator at Tunabyggen, you will have a daily routine where your skills are truly utilized. You will work with both older properties and new constructions, often encountering situations that require you to analyze, prioritize, and find long-term solutions. The role involves many points of contact—colleagues, contractors, and tenants—and you will be an important part of the work to create safe and well-functioning living environments.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in the role of claims coordinator, we see that you have a good ability to work in a structured and methodical way, even under time pressure. You have a natural drive to take responsibility for the entire process—from planning and ordering to follow-up and documentation—and you thrive with many parallel tasks.

You have a good technical understanding and are used to working in digital systems, preferably with experience in property systems or similar operational support. You have an eye for detail and ensure that information is documented correctly and updated continuously. A good economic understanding and experience of budgeting and follow-up are also required.

Since the role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, it is important that you have good communication skills. You are clear, attentive, and easily build trust in collaboration with contractors, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to handle both planned and urgent situations with a calm and professional approach.

We are looking for someone with experience in property management, construction, or claims coordination, but who is also driven to develop and grow in the role.

Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English as well as a B driver's license are required.

How we work together

As a claims coordinator with us, you will play a key role in managing urgent damages and minor renovation projects. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external contractors to ensure that measures are implemented effectively and with high quality.

In this role, you will plan, order, and follow up on measures for urgent water damage and maintenance work. You will lead and coordinate both internal and external craftsmen, ensuring that the work is carried out according to our quality requirements. You will collaborate closely with inspectors and contractors and are responsible for ensuring that follow-up meetings are held according to established routines.

An important part of the job is to update our property system with information about replaced components, as well as to conduct inspections and assessments of completed work. You will also drive improvement work related to various processes and contribute to developing our working methods.

The role requires you to be structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You enjoy having many points of contact and are used to working both independently and in teams.
