Your mission

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment methods to ensure a long-term candidate flow.
• Actively work with employer branding to enhance our attractiveness in the job market.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and networks for future needs.
• Coordinate recruitment processes together with managers and teams.
• Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience at all touchpoints.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on strategic sourcing and employer branding.
• Is communicative, proactive, and enjoys driving processes.
• Has the ability to work both analytically and creatively to reach the right target groups.
• Is accustomed to collaborating with managers and other key personnel to understand needs and create effective solutions.
