Team Leader for Our Labor Market Operations

Our labor market operations are in an exciting phase of development. The introduction of the new activity requirement creates changed conditions for both residents and businesses. To meet this need, we need to further develop our working methods, strengthen our processes, and ensure that our efforts meet the requirements we must adhere to.

The unit is growing, and we are facing several new hires. Therefore, we are looking for a team leader who wants to build, shape, and drive development forward together with us.

Job Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will play a key role in leading the team's daily work and creating a stable structure in a growing organization. You will contribute to shaping new working methods, approaches, and routines – both in response to the activity requirement and as part of the unit's long-term development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and distributing the daily work in a growing team
• Ensuring quality in documentation and work processes
• Coaching and supporting employees in their operational daily tasks
• Driving the development of new working methods related to the activity requirement
• Monitoring results and ensuring goal fulfillment
• Contributing to the implementation of new routines as the unit grows
• Collaborating internally and externally, e.g., with social services, employers, and authorities

You will also participate in the organization's efforts and in certain client cases when needed.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for the role:

• Relevant higher education (behavioral science, social science, etc.)
• Experience in the labor market field, guidance, matching, or similar assignments
• Experience leading others, formally or informally
• Strong ability to work in a structured and development-oriented manner
• Confidence in working with change and implementation

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor market policy measures and collaboration
• Experience in organizational development or implementation of new working methods
• Training and experience in various evidence-based approaches to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency, such as MI, Solution Focus, BIP, and Supported Employment.
