As a coach in Rusta & Matcha 2, your overall mission is to guide job seekers towards employment or studies. As a coach at EnRival, you will work individually tailored according to a structured model with a focus on getting participants into jobs or studies as quickly as possible. We are looking for someone who wants to work with coaching and supporting job seekers towards new employment. We appreciate your sales-oriented personality!

What the role of Coach entails:

The role of the coach also involves networking with the local business community and maintaining good contacts with employers and educational providers.
Assess participants' needs and conduct individual development meetings. Assist in creating application documents and marketing the individual and their skills.
Conduct coaching and motivational conversations, both physically and digitally.
Provide information about job and educational opportunities.
Employer visits and follow-ups at workplaces.
Follow up and document the participant's development throughout the process.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with the Employment Service.

Have a good local and regional network within the business community. Job opportunities and association contacts are highly desirable.
Have previously worked with Rusta & Matcha or equivalent.
Are driven, have a sales-oriented personality, and an interest in providing good service and helping others, as well as being solution-focused and seeing opportunities while focusing on results.
Have digital competence - we prefer that you are comfortable conducting digital meetings and documenting in digital tools.
Have a good ability to plan and organize your work - work efficiently and for the benefit of the individual.
Are social and open to making new contacts and appreciate teamwork.
Have a flexible approach to your work - can step in where needed.
Have good pedagogical and communicative skills.
Speak good Swedish; additional language skills are an advantage.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required.

To be qualified for the position, you must also meet one of the following options according to the requirements set by the Employment Service:

Option 1

Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) in a field that the employer finds suitable for the position, and:
Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, and:
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

- Management with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
- Work with labor market and employment issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career guidance.

Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.

Employment rate: Part-time 40%
