Job Description

We are now looking for a service-oriented customer service representative for a consulting assignment at Leksandsbostäder!

As a customer service representative, you are the hub of the tenants' everyday life. You are the first voice they hear when there is a problem in their home and the guiding hand that leads them in questions about their residence. This is the perfect assignment for you who want to work part-time (50%). The working hours are scheduled for mornings, Monday to Friday (approx. 07:30–12:00). The assignment is a temporary hire starting immediately with a chance for extension where you represent both Randstad and Leksandsbostäder.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and visits.
• Register maintenance requests and guide tenants in questions about their residence.
• Administer keys and collaborate with property managers for smooth service.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who spreads positive energy, even when the phone is ringing off the hook. To thrive as a consultant, we see that you:

• Have good experience with phone and digital systems (preferably case management).
• Are great at service and communicate well in Swedish and English.
• Are structured and meticulous, even when the pace picks up.

Meritorious: Experience from the real estate industry or knowledge of Arabic/Somali.
