We are growing and are now looking for a driven and structured project administrator who wants a key role in the organization. Our main business is in external maintenance, where we work with municipalities, housing companies, and private property owners.

You will work closely with management and be responsible for the office, administrative processes, as well as parts of our projects and personnel planning.

🧩 About the role

As a project administrator, you are the spider in the web. You ensure that everyday life runs smoothly for both customers and staff. The role combines administration, planning, customer contact, and an understanding of property maintenance.

Our staff mainly consists of property caretakers, so it is important that you have a basic understanding of how work in external maintenance functions.

✅ Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily office work
• Support the Team Leader in administrative and operational tasks
• Keep track of and follow up on ongoing projects
• Create, plan, and update schedules
• Be the contact person for customer support and incoming inquiries
• Engage in dialogue with customers, property owners, and staff
• Ensure structure around documentation, contracts, and routines

👤 We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Has good organizational skills and enjoys responsibility
• Is communicative and service-oriented
• Thrives with juggling multiple tasks
• Has good computer skills (Office/Google Workspace, scheduling, etc.)
• Has basic knowledge or experience in property maintenance/external maintenance
• Experience in administration, staffing, projects, or customer support is a plus
