About PeMi

PeMi Ventilation and Montage AB is a locally rooted ventilation company with about 14 employees. We work on various projects including industry, public services, and commercial properties.

The company is facing a planned skills shift in finance and administration while we implement new systems for finance and project management. Therefore, we are now looking for reinforcement to our team.

About the role

The role is broad and combines finance, project administration, and invoicing. You will work closely with the current finance manager and the rest of the organization, focusing on creating structure, supporting the operation, and developing work methods.

The role begins with close collaboration with the current finance manager and gradually develops towards greater responsibility in the finance area.

Examples of tasks

  • Ongoing financial administration
  • Invoicing and follow-up related to projects
  • Administrative support in connection with system changes (finance and project management)
  • Project administration, documentation, and records
  • Ongoing payroll management for the company's employees
  • Collaboration with external parties, such as accounting and bookkeeping
  • Gradually increased responsibility in the finance area

Requirements for the role

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work systematically with administrative tasks
  • Basic financial understanding and experience working with numbers
