The Surgical Reception is one of the three receptions of the surgical clinic. We are located on three floors in the Dahlska building. In addition to the reception unit, we have a day care department (surgical sluice) and two outpatient operating rooms where minor surgical procedures can be performed. Our goal is to provide good care in a timely manner. At the Surgical Reception, a cheerful and friendly team works closely together, including nursing assistants, nurses, and doctors. We offer a dynamic workplace with engaged employees who work together to provide the best possible care. The operation is scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday.

Temporary Receptionist, Surgical Reception in Falun

As a receptionist, you are our patients' first point of contact.

Your main responsibilities include

• welcoming patients and assisting them with check-in
• managing appointments and inquiries both on-site and via phone
• collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient management
• performing administrative tasks such as registration and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Good computer skills

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a nursing assistant, receptionist, or similar
• Experience with medical record systems

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and treats both patients and colleagues with a warm and professional manner. You are meticulous and have a good ability to organize and prioritize. We value the right attitude!
