Boss Business Partner is a recruitment and staffing company based in Mora, but with clients throughout Dalarna.

We offer our clients interim solutions and the opportunity to hire consultants within the white-collar sector. We are looking for you who want to work as a consultant through us at one of our clients!

We are primarily looking for candidates with experience in ANY of the following areas:

• Finance - accountant, controller, finance manager.
• HR - generalist, HRBP
• Procurement - strategic buyer
• Logistics - e.g. coordinator

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and has the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts. As a consultant with us, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly find your place in various companies and organizations. You have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate with different types of people and feel confident in contributing your expertise regardless of the industry or the nature of the assignment.

We see that you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and enjoy taking on new challenges. With your drive and professional attitude, you contribute to ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions for their needs. Previous experience in consulting assignments is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop in the role.
