As an Accountant with us, you will be a key person in the accounting function within the ByggPartner Dalarna group. You will work closely with our operations and participate in the entire accounting chain – from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and annual reports. The role suits you who enjoys both the big picture and details and who wants to contribute to developing efficient and modern financial processes. You will report to our Accounting Manager. Main responsibilities: In the role of Accountant, you will among other things:

• Work with ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Be responsible for fixed asset accounting
• Prepare VAT declarations
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Work with annual reports and income tax returns
• Provide materials for group reporting
• Participate in the development and streamlining of processes, working methods, and systems
• Be a support and sounding board in accounting matters within the organization
• Participate in internal projects related to accounting
• Contribute to training initiatives in the accounting area
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines
• Be the contact person for auditors and authorities

We are looking for someone with experience in broad accounting work who is driven by order, structure, and quality. You enjoy working both independently and in teams and have a solution-oriented approach. You like development and see the value in improving processes and working methods. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in accounting/finance
• Experience in qualified accounting work
• Good system skills and interest in developing existing routines
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
