In the role of customer service representative, the phone is your primary tool as you assist our customers with everything from BankID and payments to stock and fund matters. You work independently but are part of a close-knit team of 12–14 people.
Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 07:30–22:00, which includes both evening and weekend shifts. The schedule is fixed and cannot be individually adjusted.

Full-time:
The positions are fixed-term contracts for five months (with some possibility of extension) starting in April. You will work full-time on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday between 07:30–22:00.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about providing service and enjoys solving problems.
- Has at least a high school education, and an academic background in a relevant field is a plus.
- Has experience in customer service via phone or other customer-facing roles, which is an advantage.
You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We value a pedagogical and professional approach, and we believe you are curious, driven, and enjoy working towards clear goals. You are flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a changing environment.
You do not need to know everything from the start – we provide you with thorough training during the first 4–6 weeks before you take your first independent customer calls.
