We are now looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and rentals. The position is full-time during June-August, and we will start the introduction as soon as we can in the spring.

Working as a Rental Agent

As a rental agent, you will rent out apartments, parking spaces, and storage units according to Kopparstadens rental regulations. We are now looking for a summer substitute who wants to be part of our rental team, focusing on our student apartments, storage units, and parking spaces.

As a rental agent, you are our face to the outside world and enjoy working with customers – both in physical meetings and through contacts via email, letters, and phone. Since some of our customers are exchange students, you must be comfortable with customer interactions in both Swedish and English.

The actual rental process is done in our property management system, which requires that you enjoy working administratively and feel comfortable with different systems.

You will be part of a team consisting of seven rental agents who are part of the marketing department.

Your Skills and Qualities

• You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have a B driver's license.
• If you have experience working in property management systems, with administrative work, housing rentals, or customer service, it is an advantage.

Other

This is a temporary full-time position from June 1 to August 31, 2026. The introduction will take place part-time before June 1. We would like you to have the opportunity to work with us for several summers to come and also to step in extra as needed, provided that our collaboration works well.
