Customer Advisor for Dalatrafik, Borlänge

Do you want to help make a difference for travelers in Dalarna? We are currently looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer advisor for our customer center in Borlänge for a temporary position. As a customer advisor at Dalatrafik, you are an important link between us and our travelers. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, answering questions about our tickets, timetables, and helping to solve problems in a professional and empathetic manner. You will work in a team where service, collaboration, and solution focus are at the center. The work can be intense at times, requiring you to be stress-resistant and flexible.

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in customer service or similar
• is positive, professional, and solution-oriented
• communicates easily and enjoys helping others
• is responsible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• has good computer and phone skills, writes fluent Swedish, and has good knowledge of English

We place great importance on personal suitability. You are engaged, structured, and have a genuine interest in providing good service. You also have a good ability to effectively drive your and the department's work forward and are eager to achieve good results with high quality.
