About the Role

As an HR partner with us, you will play a valuable role in supporting the mountain's seasonally intensive operations in matters related to our HR processes – from attracting new employees to termination of employment. Your mission is to create structure, quality, and security in the daily HR work, so that both our leaders and employees have the right conditions in their everyday lives.

You will work closely with operational leaders and serve as a practical and secure support in personnel matters. By supporting, relieving, and developing work methods around our employees, you contribute to a smooth everyday life and a stronger employee experience throughout the organization.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in HR or personnel administration who is driven to create good conditions for employees in their daily lives. If you have worked in personnel-intensive or seasonally driven environments, preferably within the tourism industry, we consider that an asset.

As a person, you are secure, positive, and structured, with a strong sense of service and collaboration. You are attentive, communicative, and have an easy time building trust in relationships with both leaders and employees.
