Your new role

We are now looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist for an exciting assignment in Ludvika. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the procurement of both direct and indirect goods and services, including construction and production-related categories, with a focus on quality, cost, and sustainability. You will lead the entire process from market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to monitoring supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and identify potential suppliers as well as trends within CAPEX Construction.

• Lead sourcing processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.

• Plan and follow up on procurement activities, cost budgets, and savings opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with the company's quality, HSE, and regulatory frameworks.

• Implement effective supply chain strategies according to Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS).

• Adapt and maintain standardized terms in procurement contracts.

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 5 years of experience in large CAPEX Construction projects and strategic procurement

• Strong skills in supplier negotiations, contract management, and project management

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Ariba

• Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus

• You are self-driven, structured, and have a strong drive to lead projects from start to finish. You thrive in an international environment with high complexity and have an analytical and solution-oriented approach.
