In spring 2026, we will open our brand new store in Mora-Noret – a strategically important investment where we are building a modern and inspiring destination for plants, flowers, and garden products. We are now looking for several driven and plant-interested sales associates who want to be part of the start and build Blomsterlandet in Mora. You are a person who is driven by meeting customers and enjoys working with sales, and you have a strong interest in plants that you are eager to share. Does this sound interesting? With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work in all departments and also at the checkout, focusing on your business drive and developing the entire store. In the role of sales associate, you will be the face of Blomsterlandet and be passionate about taking care of our customers in the best way possible, providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.

About the role

• Varied tasks including customer service, working at the checkout, and unpacking goods

• Participate in daily sales activities

• Collaborate between different departments

• Receiving goods, product display & stocking

Your experience and skills

• Experience in selling garden plants and indoor plants is an advantage

• Garden-related education is a plus

• Organized and structured

• Knowledgeable about plant care and eager to learn, you should have product knowledge and be able to provide care advice.

• A person who collaborates easily and spreads good energy to your colleagues

• Experience working in retail

Job Information

Employment type: Permanent position (varied working hours and every other weekend). We are looking for sales associates for 5h/week, 15h/week, and 25h/week. Location: Mora Noret Start date: March
