Your Responsibilities

We are currently seeking personnel for upcoming assignments with our clients in Ludvika and surrounding areas. The tasks may vary depending on the client. Common tasks include documentation, case handling, phone and email management, and archiving. The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with the company's clients. Therefore, a key part of the role is to provide personal and professional service. The length of assignments and working hours may vary depending on the client.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are service-oriented and enjoy social contact with clients. You are a problem solver who maintains a positive attitude and interacts with the company's clients professionally. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and can share knowledge with others. Furthermore, you are responsible and see a challenge in exceeding the client's expectations. Previous experience in the service industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
