Do you want to combine your sense of service with your ability to communicate clearly and engagingly? We are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator for Morastrand – a role where you will work with both rental and communication, in close contact with our tenants and colleagues.

About the role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work in a team with three colleagues and together be responsible for the rental of our homes, storage units, and parking spaces.
You have a central role in ensuring that the rental process runs smoothly and that our tenants receive fast, clear, and professional service.
What distinguishes this role is the responsibility for communication and information – both to our tenants and internally within the company.
You will be a key person in creating, coordinating, and publishing information via the website, social media, and other channels, and in developing our way of communicating.
Your main tasks
Rental and customer service:
- Manage the entire rental process for homes, parking spaces, and storage units – from marketing and contracts to terminations.
- Provide service to our tenants via customer reception, email, and phone.
- Handle cases regarding apartment exchanges, transfers, and subletting.
- Participate in development and action plans for our residential areas and work with tenant influence.
Communication and information:
- Compile and communicate tenant information in various channels.
- Update and coordinate content on the website and intranet.
- Be responsible for our social media and contribute to a clear and positive online presence.
- Create simpler graphic materials and texts, such as information mailings, posts, and posters.
- Provide internal support to colleagues on communication issues, such as during mailings or information to tenants.
Development and coordination:
· Participate in the work of developing our processes for customer service and rental.
· Contribute to development projects related to digitization, service, and customer experience.
· Be involved in coordinating and planning information between different departments.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in housing rental, customer service, or administration, preferably within the real estate industry.
· Has basic graphic understanding and experience with simpler publishing or layout (e.g., Canva, InDesign, WordPress, or similar tools).
· Is structured and orderly – you enjoy creating structure and following up on matters.
· Is communicative and language proficient – you express yourself well in writing and can adapt messages to the target audience.
· Is curious, development-oriented, and solution-focused – you want to find new ways to improve the customer experience.
· Has a positive and service-oriented attitude and enjoys collaborating.
