We are looking for an operational buyer at Components in Ludvika – a unit within Power Transformers. As a buyer, you are a central point of contact between several functions you work closely with, such as SCM, quality, planning & production. Our company is now rapidly expanding, which means we need someone who enjoys problem-solving and creating structure.

How you will make a difference:

• Send purchase orders and continuously follow up with our suppliers.
• Plan and prioritize materials with suppliers
• Book transportation of materials from supplier to Hitachi
• Follow the production of winding connectors and be involved in solving problems that arise
• Contribute to developing our processes in the new IT environment (SAP)
• The position offers interesting opportunities for personal development and provides a very good insight into how our business is managed.

Your background:

• To succeed in this role, you are comfortable and enjoy managing multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously
• You have an academic background related to production or logistics, or you have previous experience in these areas
• You have experience working in Excel and preferably SAP
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• The work is mostly office-based.

This role is based in Ludvika and requires frequent presence in the office and production.
