Optileks AB operates as a supplier to the optical industry, primarily regarding lenses but also eyewear frames. The company has its roots back to 1975 and has its headquarters in Rättvik with a turnover of approximately 70MSEK. Optileks has experienced positive revenue growth over several years and has also driven sales in the rest of the Nordic countries, especially in Norway and Denmark, where it has recently hired local sales managers responsible for developing sales and organization.

In 2022, Optileks AB entered into a joint venture with the global player, Shamir Opticals Ltd, (www.shamir.com) and is committed to continuing to develop our business through complementary product portfolios.

Optileks has a portfolio of frames, licensed brands, house brands, and distribution brands, such as BlåKläder, Norr, TripleX, Nano - indestructible children's frames.

About the position

As a customer service employee, you will assist our customers with order management, product information, delivery and invoicing inquiries, support, and other customer service matters. It is crucial that our customers feel warmly and professionally welcomed and receive competent assistance. Since much of the customer contact occurs via phone and email, it is essential that you feel extremely comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive demeanor, and can engage with all types of customers and inquiries, and express yourself naturally and correctly in writing.

To prepare you in the best possible way for this, you will undergo an introduction at the beginning of your employment.
