Svancare has been working for nearly 30 years with solutions for people who, for various reasons, need assistive devices to perform what most of us see as a given. We develop the best solutions for accessible bathrooms and kitchens for people who need thoughtful assistive devices in their daily lives. All development and manufacturing are done in-house at our production facility and headquarters in Ludvika.

Svan Care is part of the publicly traded group AddLife, headquartered in Stockholm. Together with group siblings in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, we form a business area within Homecare where we offer a wide range of products for housing adaptation and assistive devices in Europe through close collaboration.

About the position

Svancare is growing and further strengthening the organization to meet this growth. Therefore, we offer you a challenging and exciting role as Product Manager at Svancare, which involves managing and developing Svancare's product range. This includes both our own products and distribution products, mainly from sister companies within the group. This means development and maintenance, both regarding products, technical product information, and documentation.

The role also includes quality responsibility, and you will lead the work with the company's management system and the regulatory processes applicable to medical devices (MDR).

In your work, you will lead, plan, prioritize, and develop Svancare's products in collaboration with colleagues within the company and the group. You will also be the link between the production unit and the headquarters in Ludvika and the sales organization for product information, product changes, and regulatory issues.

With the products and services that Svancare offers, you will contribute to ensuring that people receive the best solution to continue living at home despite disabilities.

Your profile

You have a background and documented experience in product development and project management. Most importantly, you are good at structured project management of smaller development projects and managing the Change Management process while keeping the information flow between sales, development, and production together. You need to have a strong drive, be innovative, and development-oriented. Most importantly, you have the right personal profile and a willingness and ability to develop in line with the company in an exciting area and are driven by working towards jointly set goals. Experience with management systems is an advantage, and if you also have experience with medical devices and MDR, that's a bonus!

The position is based at the headquarters in Ludvika. The position is full-time and involves some travel; a B driver's license is required.
