What does the role of a sales associate at Plantagen entail?

In the role of a sales associate, your main focus is to provide our customers with a positive and professional shopping experience. Your tasks include:

• Cash handling and sales
• Restocking items, maintaining order, and contributing to a positive store experience
• Caring for, watering, and displaying plants

Who are you?

• Are outgoing, social, and spread positive energy around you
• Enjoy selling and helping customers decorate both indoors and outdoors
• Have experience in retail and/or the service industry (preferred)
• Are service-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have a good ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English

You are a positive team player who enjoys working with people and is motivated by creating good results. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute to a pleasant working environment for both customers and colleagues. You enjoy a dynamic work environment and are not afraid to learn new things.

Preferred qualifications: forklift license, knowledge/experience with plants, experience in retail.

• A temporary position of 10 hours/week with immediate start until March 31
• Possibility of extension over the summer until August
• Opportunity for more hours during peak season (March–May)
