Your Responsibilities

Do you enjoy being the spider in the web and thrive on customer contact and administrative work? We are now looking for an engaged and structured customer coordinator for our client in Smedjebacken. In this role, you will have a central position where you support the business by coordinating, planning, and creating good conditions for project implementation.

As a coordinator, you will work with a variety of administrative tasks such as document management, tracking deadlines, planning meetings, and ongoing communication with internal and external contacts. You will be an important resource in facilitating your colleagues' work and ensuring that project processes run smoothly.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, preferably in order management or customer service. You have good computer skills, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a larger organization with established processes and systems.

As a person, you are positive, proactive, and have a well-developed ability to organize your work. You will be part of a smaller group, which means you need to be flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy taking on varied tasks. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you appreciate being part of a team where everyone supports each other. You are passionate about providing excellent service and easily build good relationships both internally and externally. To succeed in this role, you need to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
