jem & fix is currently looking for two store assistants for our store in Falun!

🧰About the role

As a store assistant at jem & fix, you will sell building materials at the best market price and manage the daily operations in the store together with your colleagues. Daily operations include tasks such as pricing, unpacking, cashier duties, and forklift work.

Since the store is open every day of the week, there will be both day, evening, and weekend shifts.

👤Who are you?

You appreciate order and cleanliness and ensure that the premises are always clean and tidy, and that the shelves are well-stocked.

You are outgoing, social, flexible, and meticulous. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks. Since the position involves some heavy lifting, you should be physically fit. We prefer that you are at least 18 years old and have a forklift license.

If you are also a dedicated and handy DIY enthusiast, that is a big plus.

Preferred qualifications for the position:

-Previous experience in the construction/retail industry.

Employment conditions: Salary and pension insurance according to collective agreements.

Employment type: The positions are permanent part-time contracts of 16 hours/week. We prefer that you have the opportunity to work more hours during April-August. A probationary period applies.
