Do you want to work in a role where you meet people every day and be the face of our organization? Do you thrive in the transition between customer calls, digital inquiries, and face-to-face meetings – and do you find it easy to learn new systems? Then you might be our new customer center employee.
As a customer center employee at Kopparstaden, you are one of the first points of contact for our customers. You provide service based on our values of warmth, strength, and wisdom, thereby contributing to a professional customer meeting.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive and manage customer inquiries via digital platforms, phone, and email.
- Meet customers in our Bobutik to assist with, for example, surface material choices.
- Work in several different IT systems and contribute to the development of our working methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
Currently, four employees work in our customer center, which is organizationally part of our marketing department.
We are looking for you
We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You are communicative in both spoken and written form, in Swedish as well as in English. You enjoy switching between digital customer inquiries and physical meetings – and you feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously.
We also see that you have:
- Experience in customer service or another role with significant customer contact via digital channels.
- Good system proficiency and an ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
- The ability to create good customer relationships through effective communication.
- A structured approach to work and a willingness to contribute to the team.
Personality and engagement are important – we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the customer’s everyday life.

Practical information
Position: Permanent full-time employment. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours: Weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
Location: Falun (Bobutiken at Stigaregatan 3B and headquarters at Västermalmsvägen 26).
Start date: By agreement.
