SALES REPRESENTATIVE

for Borlänge and surrounding areas

There is no ordinary day as a salesperson at Renta. But to give you a somewhat accurate picture, we will give it a try. You pick up pastries, drive out to a construction site, greet everyone along the way, and then come into the depot with energy and a new project. You monitor the market using all kinds of digital tools – but mainly by being out there. Meet the people who build society. You grill, you chill – you use your two ears as diligently as the customer uses the machines. You promote Renta as the obvious choice not only for customers but also for relatives and friends. Because everyone is a potential customer. Right?

You participate in local, regional, and national gatherings and contribute with your approach and ideas. We grow together and develop through our different perspectives. By the end of the day, you have learned more about a specific machine, transformed a cold call into a contract, and picked up kebab and a good price from the supplier for tomorrow's grilling. And of course, the job differs between our various depots and regions. That’s why we are painting with a broad brush now. The picture becomes clearer only when you have applied for the job and met your sales manager.

The employment

The position as a salesperson is permanent, full-time, based at the depot in Borlänge. You report to the region's sales manager. Start date is as soon as possible by agreement.

This is how we recruit

The selection is based on your previous experiences as well as your inherent personal qualifications (personality profile and logical reasoning ability).
