Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key person in building and developing relationships with manufacturing companies in Southern Dalarna. You will establish and maintain contact with both new and existing clients, getting to know their operations and providing them with the right personnel.

You will have personnel and work environment responsibility for your consultants and manage the daily administration that the role entails – such as scheduling, approving times and expenses, conducting interviews, invoicing, and preparing advertisements and contracts.

The position is full-time and based at our office in Ludvika. Approximately half of your time will be spent at client sites to drive business and build relationships, while the other half will be dedicated to administration and proactive work interviewing candidates.

We believe you live in Ludvika or nearby and are ready to take the next step in your personal and professional development. Experience in service sales is a plus. The role requires a B driver's license.
