About the Role

As a Salesperson, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet customers. With a focus on care, business acumen, and customer needs, you create a personal and positive approach.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer meeting
  • Work with needs-based sales and offer comprehensive solutions
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing and that products are price-tagged
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expired products according to procedures
  • Participate in the follow-up of campaigns and sales results
  • Report operational disturbances and safety risks to the responsible person
  • Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant working environment as well as a positive workplace climate with teamwork and inclusion

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a genuine interest in sales and customer service
  • Is solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven
  • Brings positive energy and teamwork
  • Has good communication skills and thrives in an active pace
  • Has experience in retail sales (preferred but not required)

The Position

Part-time weekend work with a chance for an 80% summer substitute.
Start date by agreement.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.

Recruitment

Selection is ongoing. Psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma) are used in the process.
A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who progresses to the final stage.
