We are now looking for an engaged store sales associate for a 50% position at our store in Borlänge – a role where your personality and drive make a difference.

About the role
As a store sales associate with us, your main task is to create satisfied customers and contribute to the store's sales targets. You are someone who is passionate about customer interactions and understands the importance of listening to and understanding customer needs.

You are both a relationship builder and a results-oriented salesperson – charming enough to win a customer's trust in minutes, empathetic enough to understand their wishes, and determined enough to want to beat yesterday's sales figures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active sales and advisory services in-store

• Ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring store environment

• Handling cash register operations and payments

• Receiving, unpacking, and price-tagging goods

• Assembling and displaying products for optimal sales results

• Participating in stocktakes and following warehouse and operational routines

Experience in sales is an asset, preferably from retail, but not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and have completed upper secondary education.

About the position

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract (summer temporary position)

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Working hours: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends

• Salary: Hourly rate 104.36 – 175.64 SEK/hour according to the Retail Collective Agreement (Handels/Svensk Handel), depending on age and experience. Overtime compensation applies according to the agreement.
