We are now looking for someone who wants to help continue developing Idre Fjäll as one of Sweden's best mountain experiences. We are seeking a Coordinator for our Accommodation & Property operations. An exciting role in an organization with great commitment, a heart for the mountains, and exciting development plans.
The Role
As a Coordinator, you will meet both our guests and employees via phone and our service desk regarding issues related to the mountain's accommodation units or properties. You are expected to manage these cases in our case management system, which you will then follow up with the operation's Responsible for Operations and colleagues. In this role, you will also continuously analyze and work with the business to ensure we utilize and develop our operations based on guest feedback. You will also ensure that we handle lost property and mail, as well as manage the operation's laundry room efficiently. As a Coordinator, you will handle purchases, restocking, and inventory of the operation's work materials. In this role, you will also manage the operation's vehicle fleet, which means you will be the contact person for insurance companies, workshops, and car suppliers.
Profile
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role in a service-oriented business. You are positive, outgoing, and have an easy time collaborating. You are systematic, efficient, and solution-oriented. And most importantly, you enjoy creating the best conditions for both our guests and colleagues. As a person, you are used to working independently, you have the ability to see the big picture, and you share our drive to develop both our work processes and our operations forward. Equally important is that you thrive and want to contribute to a work environment characterized by good cooperation and a close connection to laughter.
The Position & Application
