We are looking for a process development engineer who wants to work cross-functionally in an international environment, focusing on efficiency and improvement of projects for Axis' international Configuration and Logistics Centers (CLC).

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of process development engineer, you will be a central part of the Process Development Team, responsible for developing and optimizing fulfillment processes for Axis' eight global CLCs in Sweden, Thailand, Hungary, Czech Republic, USA, and Poland. You will guide and support the local units, ensure customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a process development engineer, you will work on analyzing, improving, and documenting Axis' global fulfillment processes. You will support CLCs internationally, drive projects within process optimization, and ensure that flows are efficient from incoming materials to delivery. You will have broad contact with mainly internal stakeholders and thrive in this environment. The role also involves troubleshooting in business systems, following up on key performance indicators, and collaborating widely within the organization to achieve the highest possible service level.

Support CLCs in identifying and solving challenges in the fulfillment process
Lead and implement improvement projects at the CLCs
Create and maintain instructions and document processes for the fulfillment processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments within Global supply chain
Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure it proceeds as desired
Conduct follow-ups with CLCs regarding performance and inventory volumes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has experience in process development and continuous improvements, preferably in a Supply Chain environment
Is familiar with business systems, preferably IFS
Has knowledge of MPS systems and good skills in Microsoft Office
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, for daily communication
Has a valid driver's license (B)
Is able to travel internationally, approximately 10-15 days per year

It is an advantage if you have experience writing instructions and processes.
