As a Technical Coordinator, you will be the hub of our service assignments. You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on everything required for our service deliveries to proceed as planned.
You will also coordinate smaller renovation projects, acting as the technical link between the customer, purchasing, design, manufacturing, and other internal functions – ensuring that information, materials, and resources are in place on time.
As a Technical Coordinator with us, you will
Plan and coordinate service assignments together with the Aftermarket Manager and service technicians.
Ensure that the right documentation, drawings, and materials are available.
Follow up on deliveries, materials, and quality for each assignment.
Communicate status and deviations to customers and internally.
Provide technical and administrative support for quotes, scheduling, and invoicing.
Drive follow-up and improvement of processes and workflows.
The role is both administrative and technically coordinating – you are not a specialist, but you have the ability to understand technology and keep many threads together at the same time.
We can offer
· A modern working environment in the heart of Medicon Valley
· Close collaboration between departments – everything is in place here: design, manufacturing, and assembly
· Opportunity to work on unique machine projects for customers worldwide
· A family-like and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued for who they are
· Passionate colleagues who celebrate successes together
· A corporate culture characterized by commitment, collaboration, and long-term thinking
· Professional development and career opportunities in a growing organization
· Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work
· Generous wellness benefits, enjoyable activities, and collective agreements that provide security
We are looking for you
who is structured, communicative, and thrives in a role where collaboration is crucial.
You have a good technical understanding, likely in mechanics, automation, or related fields.
You have:
· Technical education at the high school or post-secondary level, or equivalent experience.
· Experience in planning, coordinating, or technical administration preferably within the service industry.
· Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.
· Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
· A valid driver's license and some travel readiness.
· Experience with business or ERP systems, e.g., Monitor, is an advantage.
As a person, you are meticulous, engaged, and solution-oriented. You easily create structure, enjoy working on multiple parallel projects, and like to contribute to improvements in both workflows and routines.
