We are now looking for a Head of Supply Chain who thrives in change, enjoys complexity, and wants to help build a robust and future-proof organization with us. We are in a clear scale-up phase. Our processes, systems, and ways of working are under development, meaning that this role is about creating structure and scalability – not managing a completed organization. The position is located in Ängelholm.
About the role:
As Head of Supply Chain, you will have overall responsibility for developing and leading the company's supply chain structure – from material flows and inventory strategy to production planning and delivery precision.
The role is strategic and leading, focusing on governance, prioritization, and improvement, while the operational work is carried out by the team. You will be part of the management team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement a scalable supply chain strategy tailored for a growing manufacturing company
- Build and establish processes, KPIs, and ways of working within the supply chain
- Ensure efficient material flows, high delivery precision, and optimized inventory levels
- Have overall responsibility for the structure and function of production planning
- Drive improvement work related to capacity, flows, and resource utilization
- Ensure that supply chain processes meet quality and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)
- Work closely with Sourcing, Production, Quality, Sales, and Projects
- Contribute to investment decisions related to capacity, inventory, and system support
- Lead and develop a team of 7 people within supply chain and production planning.
- Drive and/or be a key person in future ERP implementation, responsible for requirements, process adaptation, and ensuring business benefits within the supply chain
- Work closely with the parent company in France and actively contribute to the integration and harmonization of supply chain processes, ways of working, and reporting between companies.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in logistics, industrial economics, engineering, or equivalent
- At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics
- Experience working in regulated environments is highly meritorious, preferably according to ISO 13485
- Used to working in environments where processes and systems need to be built and developed
- Strong in change management and improvement work
- Data-driven and KPI-oriented with a holistic view
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
