Production Technician for a modern and exciting workshop – Malmö

We are now looking for a Production Technician for NOA Mekaniska, a modern mechanical workshop that is one of the leading players in southern Sweden. In the role of Production Technician, you will work with analyzing production flows, developing new methods, and solving problems that arise in production. The role also includes programming, purchasing tools, and supporting operators in production.

As a Production Technician at NOA Mekaniska, you have a broad and important role – you contribute to developing and improving our manufacturing processes. You report to the Production Technical Manager and assist the Production Manager as needed. Here you will have the chance to develop in an innovative company that is at the forefront of both machines and technology, and that also cares about its employees.

Your tasks include:

  • Analyzing production flows and developing new methods
  • Supporting operators in production and solving arising problems
  • Working with programming (e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, and GibbsCam)
  • Purchasing tools

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with relevant technical education or background and a few years of experience in a similar role within a mechanical workshop. You have very good knowledge of CNC machines and programming, knowledge of different materials, and are comfortable working according to 5S/Lean.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and good at planning and prioritizing. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can handle quick changes. You are also attentive, humble, and have an easy time communicating with your colleagues.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Malmö with a start date according to agreement.
