We are now looking for an experienced and driven property manager who wants to help create safe, sustainable, and attractive living environments for our tenants. Here, you will have a central and leading role in a company with strong community engagement and great opportunities to influence the development of our residential areas Törnrosen and Örtagården in Malmö.

About the role

As a property manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for the management of our entire property portfolio, consisting of 1,690 apartments and several commercial spaces. You will lead the daily management and ensure, together with the team leader for property operations, that operations, maintenance, and regulatory requirements are met. The role is both strategic and operational, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, social housing issues, and the long-term development of our properties.

You are the manager and leader of the “management and development” group, which consists of project managers and property developers. You report to and work closely with our property manager. Your role is a key position within the company where you are expected to contribute your years of experience and expertise to colleagues and the company.

You are primarily responsible for the contact and agreements we have with various contractors. As a property manager, you are responsible for creating a safe and pleasant living environment for our tenants.

Your main responsibilities

• Operational, financial, and personnel responsibility.
• Lead and develop the property portfolio and your employees.
• Be a support to other departments in property management issues.
• Responsible for maintenance planning, budgeting, forecasts, and follow-up.
• Responsible for procurements, framework agreements, and maintenance projects.
• Responsible for optimization and operational monitoring of the property portfolio.
• Continuously optimize the operating net and take measures to achieve set goals and key figures.
• Actively work with customer satisfaction and social housing issues together with the team leader for property operations and the social coordinator.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced property manager with a genuine interest in properties, finance, and people. We expect you to have broad and in-depth property knowledge. You are confident in your leadership, accustomed to driving development, and thrive in a role where you can combine business acumen with social benefit.

Qualifications

• Education in property management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience as a property manager or equivalent
• Documented experience of budget and personnel responsibility
• Good communication skills in spoken and written language and experienced in handling customer dialogues
• Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus

• Persistent, action-oriented, and structured
• Coaching leadership with a focus on participation and collaboration
• Strong service orientation and good ability to build relationships
• Ability to switch between a holistic perspective and detail level
• Proactive in development and improvement work
