About the Position

As a filling operator in Bulk Production, you will play an important and central role in Rechon’s pharmaceutical production, focusing on ensuring high quality, sterility, and compliance with GMP at every step. You will work in a cleanroom environment with modern filling machines where sterile medicines are filled, checked, and documented according to product-specific requirements.

The work is technical, precise, and takes place in a strictly regulated environment, which places high demands on hygiene, concentration, and discipline. The production flow may vary in pace depending on the project and volume, which means you need to be flexible and thrive in a changing daily routine.

The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule, where you will work morning, day, and evening shifts according to a schedule. You will be part of Bulk Production Filling, which currently consists of about 60 employees.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Assemble and operate filling machines
Aseptic working techniques
Perform IPC checks according to product-specific methods
Document work according to GMP

The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule Monday to Friday with varied working hours between 06:00 and 00:00. You will start with a thorough introduction during the first two months during daytime (07:00-15:30), where you will shadow an experienced operator.

You thrive in a cleanroom environment where hygiene requirements, proper dressing and undressing, and careful handling of equipment are crucial for product quality.

Requirements for the Position

Completed high school diploma
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Ability to read and understand English

Preferred Experience

Experience in pharmaceutical production
Experience with GMP or documentation requirements
Work in a cleanroom or other controlled environment
Production work with high quality and hygiene standards
Experience with machine work or line work
Experience in food production
