As a technical manager, you have a central role in our customer-oriented organization and the main responsibility for the ongoing dialogue with our customers, who are housing cooperatives and commercial clients located in northern Skåne. We are now looking for a manager for a temporary position.

You will have access to all the broad property expertise available within Riksbyggen. You ensure that customer needs are combined with the right resources from Riksbyggen.

As a technical manager, you are the extended arm of the housing cooperative and property owner, keeping track of the property's condition and renovation needs. You carry out maintenance projects, revise maintenance plans, and support the cooperative when technical questions arise. You are responsible for ensuring that laws and regulations are followed and handle insurance matters. You are also responsible for ensuring that the customer receives ordered deliveries on time and that authority inspections are planned and carried out in a timely manner with the necessary documentation.

In the role of Technical Manager at Riksbyggen, you will work in an advisory role with many customer contacts. In our customer assignments, you will work closely with other managers, economists, technicians, customer managers, and property caretakers. The work is varied and social. You will work independently, have significant responsibility, and enjoy great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. You will also be responsible for contacts with contractors.

The position is a parental leave cover starting April 1, 2026, until September 1, 2027. The position is full-time and based in Hässleholm, but you may work with clients throughout our market area, which is northern Skåne.

As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a board member in one or more housing cooperatives; if you have board assignments, a responsibility fee will be paid. Board meetings are usually held in the evenings.

You contribute with your expertise and engagement

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in property management through education and/or work experience. We want you to have experience in customer relations and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we expect you to have knowledge of the laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the field and experience in interpreting and drafting procurement and contract documents. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with project management in property maintenance and are familiar with all phases of renovation projects, from planning to warranty. If you have experience in board assignments or work in a housing cooperative, we see it as a benefit. Since you will be visiting our clients, you need to have a valid driver's license and access to your own car.

You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in all your customer contacts. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, steering your processes towards the goal. You are also structured and can act effectively even when circumstances change.
