We are now looking for two Application Specialists & IT Business Partners, one for the Manufacturing & Quality Operations area and one for the Supply Chain Planning & Execution area.

Job Description
As an Application Specialist & IT Business Partner, you will be an important part of the Nordic Shared Service IT and Application team and an expert in your specialist area, Manufacturing & Quality Operations or Supply Chain Planning & Execution. You will be a significant part of our ongoing work with the development of M3 CloudSuite and responsible for the business applications that are part of the processes within your specialist area. This includes
tasks such as: 
 

•      Capturing business needs and translating them into clear requirements and initiatives

•      Managing, configuring, and further developing our business applications

•      With business benefits in focus, prioritizing and planning together with the business

•      Building partnerships and supporting change management

•      Supporting users in their daily work and driving improvements

•      Coordinating IT and change initiatives together with the business

•      Planning and quality assuring before releases and system updates

•      Participating in or leading IT-related projects

•      Identifying opportunities for automation and digital tools that strengthen competitiveness

•      Documenting changes in our system solutions

In the role, you will act as an important bridge between IT and the business; you are the specialist to turn to for questions regarding M3 Cloud and other applications. At the same time, you will be part of a group that works closely together, complements each other, and enjoys helping each other. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of documented experience with M3, either in a consulting role or as a super-user in a line function. Experience in project work within ERP and database management is an advantage. To succeed in the role, we believe you are a resourceful and curious problem solver with the ability to take initiative and make things happen while being an open-minded, unpretentious team player, receptive to others' perspectives. You feel comfortable in contact with internal and external stakeholders with a drive to be part of developing both new solutions and the company. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
